Meghan Tear Plummer grew up in Austin, Texas, and Lake Charles, Louisiana. She holds a B.A. in English from Sewanee: The University of the South, an MFA from The University of Alabama, and worked as an Editorial Assistant for the Oxford American in between. Her fiction has appeared in Kenyon Review Online, the Adroit Journal, and her nonfiction in Glamour and the Oxford American’s By and By series. She lives in Baltimore with her dog, Wink.
